What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is 10:00 AM.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. Most stays require a two-night minimum. Minimum stay requirements may vary during holidays and peak travel periods.
Can I check in or check out on Saturday?
No. Hinata does not offer Saturday arrivals or departures. This allows us to provide a smoother guest experience throughout the weekend.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the cancellation policy associated with your booking.
The Cabins
How many guests can stay in each cabin?
Each cabin is designed for two adults.
Are children allowed?
No. Hinata is an adults-only retreat. Guests must be 18 years or older.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted. If you plan to bring a certified service animal, please contact our team before arrival so we can help with the proper accommodations.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No. Smoking and vaping of any kind are not prohibited inside any cabins or buildings.
What is included in every cabin?
Every cabin includes:

Dining
Is there a restaurant on-site?
Yes. The Hinata Restaurant, Bar & Lounge serves dinner Tuesday through Saturday.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are required unless you are staying in a cabin. Cabin guests will always have first priority seating.
Is breakfast available?
Our Hinata Market will always have grab and go breakfast options.
Is lunch available?
Our Hinata Market will always have grab and go lunch options.
Is the Market open every day?
Yes. The Hinata Market is open daily from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Wellness
Do you offer massages?
Yes. Couples massages are available by advance reservation.
Should I reserve my massage before arriving?
Yes. Appointments are limited and booking in advance is highly recommended.
Property
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Is parking included?
Yes. Complimentary parking is provided at each cabin for one vehicle.
Are electric vehicle chargers available?
We do not currently have EV chargers available on site. There is an EV charging station less than a mile away at 51-99 Thunder Mountain Rd, Charlemont MA 01339.
Can I walk around the property?
Absolutely. Guests are welcome to enjoy the property while respecting private cabin areas and other guests’ privacy.

What is there to do nearby?
Hinata is just minutes from Berkshire East Mountain Resort, Zoar Outdoor, Shelburne Falls, hiking trails, scenic drives, and many other outdoor adventures throughout the mountains of Western Massachusetts.
