Hinata Retreat is truly stunning each season of the year! Our accommodations are designed to be enjoyed comfortably all year round. Each cabin is equipped with a heating & AC unit and an indoor fireplace.
Check-in is at 4 pm.
Check-out is at 10 am.

No, we have a strict no-pets policy. To ensure a peaceful and allergen-free environment for all guests, pets are not permitted on the property. If you plan to bring a certified service animal, please email management at info@hinataretreat.com before arrival to ensure proper accommodations.
Yes! We have exceptionally fast wifi in all cabins, and the bar & lounge!
Work remotely? We've got you! The inspiring views, paired with lighting-speed wifi, make this the perfect place to be inspired as you work.
You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks to your cabin. Each cabin is equipped with a kitchenette and a propane grill on your private deck.
Our Hinata Bar & Lounge is the perfect place for a date night, come in and enjoy a full meal, light bites and delicious drinks. Open at 4pm Tuesdays - Saturdays.
Our Hinata Market is the perfect place to grab items to cook or grill in your cabin, snacks and beverages. Open 7 days a week from 8am-8pm.
We are all about helping our guests reconnect with nature, their people, and their purpose, so we encourage being still and letting your spirit fully recharge. All accommodations are filled with things to promote just that! Each cabin will include a community journal, therapeutic coloring book, card games , yoga mats, etc.
Hike our miles of hiking trails! These trails wind through our property and even cross natural brooks.
Enjoy a full meal or light bites and beverages Tuesday through Saturday in our onsite Bar & Lounge, opening at 4pm.

1. Cancellation Policy
100% refunds are given for any cancellations made within 48 hours of making your reservation unless reservations are made within 7 days of check-in. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in are final and non-refundable. -
Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking or at least 45 days before check-in will result in you being charged 50% of total reservation cost. If 50% of total reservation cost has already been collected, no further charges will be incurred.
Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking and less than 45 days before check-in will result in you being charged the total reservation cost.
We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in. A 10% rescheduling fee will apply.
2. Non-Refundable Reservations
Certain promotional rates or packages may be non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated during the booking process, and these reservations are not eligible for any form of refund upon cancellation.
3. Early Departure
Guests who depart earlier than their scheduled checkout date are not eligible for a refund for the unused nights.
4. Weather and Acts of Nature
Our facility is not responsible for weather conditions, natural disasters, or other acts of nature that may affect travel plans. Cancellations due to these events will follow the standard cancellation policy.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the cancellation date. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
While we love families, Hinata Retreat is an adults-only retreat thoughtfully designed for romantic and restful escapes. Our serene setting is best suited for couples and adult guests looking to unwind and reconnect with your person and in nature.
We’re in Charlemont, MA, on a private 570 acre mountain property.
Our private access driveaway is located at 17 Main St, Charlemont MA 01339, you will take a scenic half mile drive through the mountain and come out in the heart of Hinata Retreat.
