Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to preserve the serene atmosphere of the retreat. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting the privacy and tranquility of all guests.
No Smoking
This is a smoke-free property, with smoking permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas. Guests must use the provided disposal bins for cigarette waste to maintain the cleanliness of the retreat.
Pet Policy
To ensure a peaceful and allergen-free environment for all guests, pets are not permitted on the property. If you plan to bring a certified service animal, please inform management before arrival to ensure proper accommodations.
Parking
Guests may park one vehicle per cabin. Additional parking may be available upon request—please contact the retreat prior to arrival.
Cabin-Specific Rules:
Maximum Occupancy
Each cabin accommodates up to two (2) guests.
No Open Flames
Candles, incense, and other open flames are not permitted inside the cabins.
Furniture & Decor
Do not move furniture or remove decor from the cabins.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. A damage fee may be charged to the card on file if damage occurs.
Outdoor Spaces Rules:
Campfires
Campfires are only allowed in designated fire pits and must comply with local fire safety regulations. Fires must be attended at all times and fully extinguished before leaving. Campfires may be restricted during high-risk seasons.
Trails & Wildlife
Hinata Retreat is surrounded by nature, and guests are encouraged to enjoy its beauty responsibly. Stay on marked trails and avoid disturbing the wildlife to preserve the ecosystem.
Trash Disposal
Use provided bins and adhere to recycling guidelines to maintain the retreat’s natural beauty.

Noise Restrictions
No loud music or disruptive behavior at any time to ensure a peaceful atmosphere.
Alcohol Use
Alcohol is allowed within your cabin and in your cabin’s private outdoor space. Please drink responsibly and respect other guests.
